Soul cleansing

Soul cleansing is a spiritual or energetic practice that aims to free a person from mental burdens, blocks, negative patterns or received energies that hinder inner peace, health or the flow of life.

It is not part of formal medical or psychological therapies, but is used by many as a complementary method of self-awareness, healing or spiritual healing.

What is "cleansing the soul"?
"Uncleanness of spirit" is not a sin, but:

  • blocked emotions (e.g. anger, guilt, grief)
  • trauma imprints
  • family patterns, generational burdens
  • negative energies received from others
  • self-limiting beliefs
  • anxiety, lack of energy, internal conflicts

The purpose of soul cleansing: to find your way back to the original, pure inner light and to connect with your inner power.

What methods can be used?
Soul cleansing comes in many forms - the method used is often determined by the practitioner (e.g. spiritual mentor, therapist, shaman).

  1. It is done with an energy-sensing device.
  2. The therapist asks questions.
  3. The resonating device moves in response to mental problems.
  4. By exploring further questions, it will determine from which period and from whom the burden originates.
  5. Finally, a magnet is used to guide the trauma out for each discharge.
  6. This is how detachment, or the cleansing of the trauma carried, occurs.

What are some of the feelings that can indicate when someone needs soul cleansing?
Constant inner turmoil

Recurring life situations, relationship problems

Loss of energy, lack of motivation

"Alien" feelings, thoughts - as if they were not your own

Difficult to let go of past events or people

Self-doubt, guilt, feelings of worthlessness

What can soul cleansing achieve?

  • Relief, inner peace
  • Energy released
  • Clearer choices, new outlook on life
  • Emotional stability, self-love
  • Ability to let go, start again
  • Deeper connection to life, to spirituality
